The type-1 diabetes, generally spotted among young adults and children is found in 5-10% of total affected people. The rest suffer from a very common type -2. The advancement in the management of diabetes has proven that people with diabetes can live a long – happy – healthy life aided by insulin therapy and other such treatments.
It might traumatise you for the first time when you hear that you are now amongst the diabetic group but with your friends and family support you shall know that it’s not that difficult to live with it. Be regular with physical exercises and get general checkups on time.

Dolphins- Amazing and Interesting mammals

Dolphins are the most wonderful and human friendly smart mammals. They are magnificent because of their nature and they can learn things pretty quick. A well trained dolphin can do some nice feats for fun. There are so many species of these dolphins in existence and 33 ocean and 5 river species are identified so far. The dolphins that we see often and appear in TV’s and movies are the Bottle-nose dolphins, which got the name by the bottle like shape of their nose.
Dolphins are descended from the whale family but they resemble a large fish. They are different because they live in water and are mammals! They feed their offspring with milk, bear live off springs and do not lay eggs. They are nothing but small whales with identical chemical makeup. Dolphins can sense danger even before we can and thus can be very useful to swimmers. They are very curious and in fact overcurious and this curiosity may get them around the fishing nets some times. Cat fish and clams are the popular prey for Dolphins and they have few enemies like killer whales and sharks. The color range of dolphins vary from black, white, yellow, tan and pink even with some spots and a typical dolphin is light grey in color.

Who would have ever speculated earlier, that the land on oil wells and sand shall be the home for the world’s tallest tower, most expensive hotel, world’s richest horse race and many more to go. And not to be missed, just out of box golf course, called The Tiger Woods Dubai is also built on a desert country. Though, many may deny of agony, for their extraordinary work in constructing close to impossible buildings, but for as small as a nanosecond, even they must have gone out of breath when they first gazed these glorious work of arts. The country is now preparing for the construction of a new metro, which will be running above the ground.
The country which was earlier known only for the numerous oil wells has now turned into the biggest driving wheel for economy of the world. Emirate’s financial system basically rests on pillars of real estate, tourism, oil and Abu Dhabi. This region has drastically uplifted its facade since year 1960 and certainly thrives to be the most magnetic destinations of all. This undeniably instant capital can even shy off cities like Paris, Rome or Toronto.

It’s better to be well prepared every time, to fight these harmful rays.
